I went to this establishment after being treated very poorly elsewhere. The front desk staff, Melissa and Dmitry were very professional and friendly. Dmitry went the extra mile to explain everything to me regarding my insurance and other options. The Hygienist David was super!! He thoroughly explained everything to me, discussing the care I needed. He made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning and ensured that the process was pain free. I came in with my own emergency situation and they saw me within minutes Dr Kia took the time to speak to me she addressed my other health issues before taking care of me I had an extraction done without any pain or any discomfort and d tooth was out before I knew
